This is an elder version of Neuropol X.  I need to keep it around because I use it on a website.  The updated version of Neuropol is distributed in another archive and is called Neuropol X Regular. It is not just an improved version, but also has more glyphs.  The Neuropol X Regular archive is available at:<br />
