Black Rose is a freeware script font with thorned capitals with a unicode character set and is free for personal or commercial use, created by Bright Ideas.  It serves as the font for the Vimeo logo.  <br />

240 glyphs with multilanguage support.  <br />

This is a very old font (well over 20 years old) so it does not offer a Euro symbol, but it has a very complete character set otherwise.<br />
