is the shortest scratch-out character, suitable for just a letter or<br />

two.  ALT0200 is the longest scratch-out character, suitable for a word<br />
<br />
of about 12 letters.  ALT0192 through ALT0199 have scracth-out widths<br />

that fall in between the two extremes.  Type the scratch-out character<br />
